'Fallen from faith's light I Slipped out of God's sight. Me, once a gospel defender I can't but now be a pretender.' I have this feeling... I'm currently struggling through this... I just had a hard time putting it into words... or even accepting it. You inspire me.

I think most of us are caught up in that struggle, Leslie. Your poem tells it so well. I gave it a 10.

So good, it is always a struggle with temptation, and even if we know it is wrong we do it anyway, we must correct ourself all the time. It is lifelong, we must just keep praying for knowledge......very good....10 Linda

nice write....an eye opener...touching...you have a beautiful heart leslie...we may fall but we can never slipped out from God's eyes...He is always willing to pick us up....and just there waiting for us to come back...HUMAN as we are...tend to stumble and fall..but human as we are we can stand up again....esp..if we humble ourselves and accept mistakes....thanks for sharing this kind of piece...it gives lessons in life....10++++++++++++++++
