Wow. I never had to deal with my father being mad, because my father has disowned me for my 16 yrs that I been alive. I know this because I've been there when he's said to friends ' This is my son, or at least that's what they tell me.' The pain was so hard that I told everyone I met that my father had died in a car accident. But fantastic poetry. GOD bless you.

You have dealt with pain from both sides in this profoundly compassionate poem Tyease - and have produced a picture of both boy and man needing help and healing - - the fact of facing this within yourself is bound to have had effect and wishing you future writing of this sort - it is detailed and poetic throughout....10/10 from Fay.
