You are balanced Sarah, the optimist sees only good and the pessimist only doom but in our real world we must find a way to live a full life while appreciating that so many do not wish us well and they make take at will what they wish in order to fill their demented lives. To me fear is the only reasonable response for the moment but not for life in general.
