High Wire Act
Like a high wire act
You can take those steps
Forwards and backwards
Always balancing
Always measuring
The safety factor
And always always
Keeping opened eyes
On destination
Always balancing and measuring - keeping alert - a poem full of brilliant insights,
Three of my favourite poets using 'brilliant' in their commentaries has really made this week so swell!
Brilliant, Richard! If we don't remind ourselves that life is a high wire act we might be tempted to run....and fall...or worse...
