It is always a matter of joy, especially for a teacher to see his/her students or youngsters doing well in academics or exhibiting leadership qualities or showing exceptional skill in any field. Of course the future rests with the youngsters. We the elders are there to guide them. Enjoyed this poem written from the perspective of a teacher!
