Whistle gal keep writing this is a poem that has depth of many levels.

One tiny observation, should the word 'now' in the last line in this stanza be 'nor'? She looks inside herself As he tells her, 'I will never control you, ' And thinks to herself, 'Now I will let you.'

I hesitated to comment on your work, because, after all, I am your mom, and it may appear I am partial to you...ah, what the heck, I AM! When did you read my mind? - Mine, and that of so many others, for sure. Otherwise put; this is something so many will relate to, subject-wise. In respect of the flow and the penning generally, it is absolutely superb. I want more. t x
