You are a hero in my book
A chord in my fret
A perfect definition of grace
Because you are a hero in my book

Real heroes are sacrificial
They live that others may live
They are the gods that we know
Soldiers without arms

You are a hero in my book
Because you stepped up and took charge
Gave us hope in a hopeless world

To a Poet, you are "The line"
A writer, "The Book"
A songwriter, the verse
But to us, you're our Hero...

One day we'll tell a story
Not of Voltron or Superted
Superman or PJ Mask
And made the world a better place
Then, a story of once upon a time
