Hens & Chicks (leaf) : Poultice for burns, cuts, wasp & nettle stings, insect bites.
Elderberry (bark) : Treat colds, sore throats, hay fever, arthritis. (flower) : epilepsy
Rabbitbrush (flower) : Treat coughs, cold, tuberculosis. (leaf) : smallpox skin wash
Bay (leaf) : Put in soups for a digestive aid and to stimulate the appetite.

Healers they are, indeed. We would all be better off eating more plants and less meat. Whatever I eat, I always eat too much. That's another health problem.
The problem is that plants you get from stores are sprayed with pesticides (even organic ones) .
