A simple but sweet prayer! Oh, help me to be wise To stop and get some rest That I might be strong enough To combat any stress. Very appropriate words! We tend to overdo things and finally get exhausted!

Amen..everyone is confused, when they are on their own, that is the reason we have the schedule, target and other nuisance..an effective prayer..
