Explanation of 'Hello Sunshine': I envisioned myself standing in a doorway with tear-stained face looking outside. I walked outside onto a grassy hill and my senses came alive. The beauty of the earth, the feelings of the air and grass, and the sun shining on me; all the while those things brightened my spirits and encouraged me to live another day. ~Kristy~
