From someone who has a deep appreciation of fine vocabulary, I love this piece, especially the first part. The are few writers these days who really get into the words they are writing and see them for what they are. you have done brilliantly. With respect, Abby

i like....almost like a random old movie.....the love isn't bright, flashy, bouquet of flowers, diamond rings. It is appreciation of life, a partner, metaphors

WELL, MAYBE HEAVEN CAN WAIT, BUT WE, YOUR BELOVED/LOVING/ADMIRING READERS CANNOT WAIT TO READ YOUR NEXT MIND'S JOURNEY INTO THE WONDROUS REALM OF WHAT IS SO BASIC AND SO BEAUTIFUL WITHIN US. YOU TAKE WHAT COULD BE MUNDANE AND LIFT AND SCULPT AND IMBUE THE TRUE ESSENCE OF OUR NATURAL RYTHMS WITH YOUR GIFT OF PERFECT UNDERSTANDING AND EXUBERANT APPRECIATION. YOUR PASSION COLORS EACH WORD. YOU HAVE A RARE GIFT. YES, WE TREMBLE AFTER READING AND SHARING WITH YOU. THANK YOU, CAROL

What a great poem with multifarious lines of appostrophe. I quote the line 'warriors never say quit' and yes its true cos there is no finish to a war friend.
