Heat And Water Are Twins
The heat wave comes
once in a way
natures way to teach you
how to be brave
avoid dehydration
have a cool drink too
water in plenty
take along with you
when you may need it
but not find it
one never has a clue
life it could save it
if you had listened
to poet me too
take care will you
It happened to me today
Water water every where
not a drop to drink
all were busy Kayaking
the Church doors were closed
alsono house one could approach
I was thirsting within
see I have telepathic kind
of a constitution
so poetry just at such times comes
to me
I could have been done
then came to a Mall
purchased some water
5 cents saved my thirst
Take care
be wise
not as foolish otherwise
like this poet considers himself wise

....free of cost through out the day during summers. Even, passengers on trains were served with water at all stations en route. The poem, interestingly, puts across an important message. How a person with empty pocket will manage water to drink?
Once again, you have shown us simple truth behind everyday life situations. There was a time when, a decade or two ago, we could see permanent or temporary booths installed everywhere by social service groups or philanthropists with a man sitting there to serve cool water....
times have changed i posted comments on ur poem about wrong date of birth yet god gave promotion like wise some one will improve the situation thanks my comment god removed it i think i am a simple minded man try to teach fundamentals when i can its duty of all who are human but many shirk quirks
