======================================== ** ORIGINAL MESSAGE ******************** ======================================== From: Daniel Brick To: Mihaela Pirjol Date-Time: 9/10/2014 5: 35: 00 AM (GMT -6: 00) Subject: RE On Heart is Truth - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - (Why don't the verification codes work reliably? !) This poem at least in part suggests Buddhist non-attachment, but on the whole I don't consider it a Buddhist poem. Buddhism rejects desire; I believe this poem wants to purify it. The key line is the last one: HEART IS TRUTH AT THE CENTER OF MY SOUL. It fuses four positive words - heart, truth, center, soul - together they point to integrity, wholeness - There are any number of abstract words to identify the ideas here, but what matters is the experience makes its own case and convinces even a skeptical reader.
Ture words.... we should not forget the freedom when we love... nice writing
lovely lines... the poem is simple and charming...it gives so much substance to an anatomical entity. a fresh way of looking at it...a bit separate from the traditional purely poetic rendering we so often see nice liked
a truly beautiful poem, the heart is the home of the spirit and love shines there in.
Beautiful poem. Very true said....Heart is Truth at the centre of my soul. It should be free from any desire or attachment to hold the purity and freshness of soul. Thoughtful write and very true said, to lead a pleasant life one should be free from desire. There will be no sufferings... Loved the way you presented.
This is a beautiful poem on heart having touching expression and nice collocation. I cite..... It holds the purity and freshness of the soul, The Universe and universal love as Whole; Heart is Truth at the centre of my soul. Thanks for sharing.
