Hear The Bells Poem by Timber Koleden

Hear The Bells

Rating: 5.0

Hear the bells
Church bell peals of thunder
Ringing out from steeple heights
Declaring the marvelous wonder
That Jesus reigns on earth tonight

Hear the bells
Heaven's bells of golden sound
Echoing the strains of earth
Praises of souls to Jesus bound
Betwixt heavens and ground,
the bells of Church

Hear the bells
Do so splendorously crown
Christ as King in the city square
And as Lord in mountains cold
and far
Their sound with Heaven's choir mixes
in the air
And Jesus' name is known
wherever there men are

Hear the bells
Hear them calling you to pray
To embrace your Lord and Savior
That he might reign supreme in your heart
this day
And that in his providential art
You might find the Truth and the Life and the Way

Hear the bells
Celestial bells calling the saints
Heaven's bells calling them hither
Beyond sin and death's restraints
To eternal rest in their Savior

Hear the bells
The ringing bells of Church
And the pealing bells of Heaven's height
May this be remembered on all earth
That Jesus is Love and Light

Hear the bells
