Healing Hands Poem by James Jennings

Healing Hands

Everyday they help those in need
Give comfort to those who grieve
They give crippled soldiers strength to walk
When times get hard they turn to God and talk
A nurse is blessed with God's love
Even when they put on those white gloves
The magic that's performed with those healing hands
Saved many wounded soldiers in this land
It seems their work is never done
Even at night on city streets because of gangs and guns
Many lives have been saved by those healing hands
