He Wouldn't Dream Of Falling Asleep Poem by Eillio Imbasciati

He Wouldn't Dream Of Falling Asleep

He won't run away from the human race,
As the world keeps on moving, so he keeps in learning
Mind over matter? Sure, when it matters,
When he isn't befuddled by all the daily events that keep him up on those starry nights
But it isn't where he'll wake up, but when and how
Even though in these times he wouldn't dream of falling asleep
Subconscious premonitions emerge,
Syncing up with his eyes in the daily light
On what he's considered, the life's mile run, all the dreams,
Where are his solutions to cultural dilemmas?
Just because he may have an answer,
That doesn't mean he has the remedy
