He Made Us

He made the first Atom and Adam
That's partially how powerful He is
We'll never know the fullest of it
Unless it's with Him that we will live
Imagine the power of His Word
He spoke and this world became
And how about His power in this regard as well
In preserving the Lord Jesus's name

Looking for power? ...He's got it!
Millions of forgiven lives
Living as a God praising testimony
Because of the Lord Jesus's Sacrifice
Then how about the power that held Him back
From delivering the wrath of God
No! ...He had the strength and power
To accept sin's chastening rod

Then there's the power of His love
That exceeded everything else that we knew
For after all that He had so patiently suffered? ! ! !
Father...forgive them! ...for they know not what they do...
He had power to refrain from speaking
Although He had every right to do so
But no! ...He subjected Himself for the glory of God
Obedience being His main goal

We cannot forget the Resurrection
For that power tops them all
Raising Himself up from the dead
Nothing else is so powerful
Don't leave off of knowing this Saviour!
Who has the power to change your life
When you turn away from your sin and repent
His power will clean you up inside!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
