Love for convenience is not love, using someone only for the taking of pleasure is distorted love of self, you elegantly put this into poetic verse...sad but excellent!
Ever hear the song " You've really got a Hold on me" by the The Miracles? An oldie but goodie. Some of those old songs really had a lot of meaning. Interesting how love relationships from long ago still hold true on relationships in the present.
The poem reflects the dilemma in this love story....love can be complicated.
