Hating One You Love Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Hating One You Love

You live in me
Like a rotten thought
That eats away the mind
Slowly without a noise;
Like a brief wind
As callous as winter
Snow you creep into me
To kill with deep rejoice.

You live in me
As a suppurating sore
Drawing flies of hate
And much old rancor;
As an unchecked tide
Of negligence you spread
Venomous claws to give
Me pain and much more.
