Time introduce me to you
You, me from future
You are the same person
The person who know everything about me, my fears, my flaws, what others dont, my unwritten soul
We are much the same one
Except that
You accept me better than myself
We are identical except that you love things I probably hate
Maybe because time taught you something that I yet to know
Maybe I dont own understanding the way you gained between our gap
The gap between us is just seconds, hours, days, month and years.
But what I mean, it's time
Time introduce you to me
The way it introduced me to older us
You told me
Things can look ugly but our task to find the beauty
You said
Things can look beautiful but it's all about perception people want us to embrace
You know
Me too, I told to our old self
You fear about what is coming next
But you know nothing about it
What you have only worry
Not helping to progress
Now
Let us align three of us as one
The old us will remind the lesson we had
The present time I have, to give my best
From the future, you can tell us hope
As the remaining seconds I have to live is equal to the heartbeats you skip
Teach me to love everything I used to hate
Teach me art in every sense of living
Truly inspirational and motivational! The last two stanzas have a special significance now. I will use their wisdom in assisting my youngest nephew with his homeschooling. A world of THX to you, Soul!
2) In Running From Safety, the elder Richard Bach encounters his nine-year old self. The exchanges between them are out of this world. Just like your poetry, Soul! And your wonderful feedback!
What a great poem, Soul! It reminds me very much of Richard Bach's books. Although he is mostly known for Jonathan Livingston Seagull, his other ones are great.
This is brilliant. I often find myself saying, 'I wish I knew then what now I know.' A masterpiece, Soul.
We realise many a things during our birthday, when happy mood reveals the truth secretly to us. Your poem is falwless in flow and feelings.5****

This is a very, very deep and personal poem in which you project your inner self. You rely on someone else that is very close to understand them and the world around you and even yourself, A poem so personal and rich it deserves several careful readings.
