Very well written. A noble king reduced to poverty at the whim of a sage who is determined to bring him down for his own selfish pleasure. This is a cunning plot indeed. Your sage is a very strong character, but I am optimistic enough to believe that goodness will stand the test. Moral values seem to be upheld in all of these ancient epics.
