My brother, happy up!
My sister, happy up!
Be content with yourself your way up,
Life's too short and fragile to live it in pain and sorrow,
You're alive, healthy and whole today,
That's all that matters to give each day your very best.

Happy up every day!
Your eyes can see what each day is bring, whether rain or shine,
Your ears can hear the gaily chirpy birds across the sky,
Your mouth can eat drink, and your tongue can roll out your words,
That's all that matters to be thankful and rejoice in each day.

Happy up in every situation!
It could have been worse.
Others will kill to be in your position,
You can read, write, drive, sew, paint or build,
You can plan, manage, organise, invest, create or solve problems,
That's all that matters to be successful.

Happy up Singles!
Life's not a competition and never live to impress others,
You have the greatest treasure ever and that's you,
You're the masterplan of your life: your gifts, talents and abilities makes your unique,
The crown of favour and the grace your wear set you apart from all others,
That's all that matters to shine and to make a difference.

Happy Up everybody!
