Happy Thanks Giving To All My Friends Comments

savita, this appears to be the one you sent for November showcase, Section C, though you just gave the title Thanks Giving in your message. i THOUGHT i sent it to the showcase while at the library today. but now, back home, i don't see it there yet! hmm? i'll try submitting it again, and use the title on this page: Happy Thanks Giving To All My Friends. do you realize that together with Thanks Giving, you break several words into two words when i would just use a single word? i see a few other poets do this at times, and i wonder if you and they know they have a 'different way' than mine. hmm? i don't really mind what you and others do. it is certainly clear enough what you mean! maybe it's a cultural thing? ? i wish everybody had a Savita to brighten their day. but i don't think it is realistic or necessarily 'healthy' to be too protected from the harsh realities some people encounter around the world. that said, i pay little attention to any news 'sources', preferring to entertain myself with PH and books and giving my wife a 'hard time', (too often perhaps) , and enjoying the 'conveniences of home and America! ! ! thanks, don't eat too much turkey! what exactly would be 'TOO MUCH? I TRY TO ONLY EAT ONE....turkey. bri :)
