You said Rabindranath is your favourite poet. In one of his writings Tagore wrote 'Eto Rakto Keno' (Why so much of blood strains......) Could you recollect? Can you define me brother why 'There was small blood spot' in such a beautiful imagery?

I think, this poem is attached to some personal feelings which are difficult for outsiders to connect with. I liked your thought process except that blood spot.This spot contradicts the lover's image....good wishes...
