Happenstance Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

Happenstance

Rating: 5.0

Happenstance

Its not now, its not even then,
Youd think of the happenstance,

What ever mayhappen then or maybe never,
Whatever comes that provokes a thought,

Whatever the nights holds the dread, the terror of nightmares,
The compassion for a miracle,

You who are Gods, may never had acceses holds again,
Maybe nothing but this continual anxieties,

Presence for immunity, you do not hold,
As you are becoming the casualties of the seasons,

You are held by these forces by these happenstance,

You not free to kiss the sun forever,
Or bathed in your pool forever,
Nor hold your own secret thoughts for knowing everything.
