Hanging Washing Out To Dry Poem by Phil Soar

Hanging Washing Out To Dry

Hanging washing out to dry
Is hard for me, I don't know why
It usually rains ten minutes after
Which makes the hanging a disaster

Wetter than when it left the tub
It has been known to make me blub
A crying man out by the line
I'll use the tumble dryer next time
