This poem is a gem of precision and radiance. It shines all the way from Beijing to the Twin Cities. The imagery is subtly double-edged: When my sun rises/moon is your pillow is a lovely image, its beauty is breathtaking but it is also a painful image because it reminds the speaker of vast space that separates them. Virtual reality is described in traditional poetic language of air castes and rainbows but it doesn't make the separation any easier. The tender closing section shows maximum appreciation of a friend. It releases joy inside me. It's wonderful! !

What a beautiful comment! I am not sure how far it is from BJ to Twin Cities. But believe poetry links the world. Thank you Daniel.I loved the comment.
