Tears... ..Is religion a paradox, while giving power to resist hardship, would make us motionless, taking the force and will to pull ourselves out of it? My mom used to pray: God, you are so good, please give me as much as I can carry..and she quietly carried more than anybody would think it possible. Wonder If she had no faith would she have lived to these days? ..

As a boy brought upas a Roman Catholic I can relate to this very well. I better now though as far as religion goes - i have reclaimed my intellect. I like the poem a lot.
