I see the sand trickling and moving through the chasms...sometimes settling on a shelf for an eternity then moved along by the wind. A lovely haiku.

Valsa, this is such a gem. I remember my youth. I remember trying to hold on to that handful of sand....impossible! Time, like those sands, does definitely slip away.
