I have read many of your haikus, Raymond and I like your technique of dividing sentences into proper syllabic proportions. I also like the thought that goes into them. Like this one, recognizing that even in the act of doing good, one must recognize, appreciate and respect individual tastes and sensibilities, or the act is a selfish and perhaps even unwanted gesture.
Thanks for your insightful comment, Kelly. I feel some people with the best of intentions can do harm to others if they're not careful. I realize my Haikus are pithy and poignant and edgy at times but all you have is 17 syllables to make the point.
