as I wrote to you - regarding your submissions for the haiku compilation [book]: '' a lotus standing in the middle of the pond - under the bright sun '' 1. Without 'under' the juxtaposition would be stronger (you're talking of the sun: everything on earth is 'under' it) . 2. I would change a lotus standing into lotus flowers [- my opinion -].
