What a fine way of depicting the divide between haves and have nots. For the dazzling sheraton, moon hardly makes any difference and for the nearby slums moon can make no difference....their lives are forever submerged in darkness whether moon or no moon.

The whole poem is a beautiful visual metaphor related to this absolute absence of light or absolute display of it.I can make an analogy between death and life, excellent 10++
