In Sleep we repose in our SELF..it gives us the vital force of our life..stress eliminates, pain dicreases, body relaxes, wheel of mind stops for some time and we get the needed strength, new energy for living.. Death nourishes Life

Deep Sleep, Meditation, Deep Love are synonymous..all has Death inside..they all bring Death..we are lost into Nothingness..

Sleep is beautiful /i AGREE, ....if it is peaceful In it there is death inside, /i say using In it AND inside together is redundant; forget haiku! Death nourishes life /perhaps the death of some body cells during sleep has a nourishing effect bri :)
