I look back,
And see all those years of life's turmoil,
Happiness and loss, almost like a cycle -
and still moving on.

Life is mysterious - you don't know when -
It makes you feel on top of the world,
And when throws you to the ground.
Tests you - how much can you suffer?
And rewards you too - with moments of intense exhilaration,

Moments of fierce love, which pushes everything away!
At some point, you feel calm,
Your life is complete,
Knowing you had it all.
