So many vices in this world, and really never enough kindness, loved your poem Chandra, so thoughtful.
Wake up with such deep conscious about human interaction among one and another made this poem meaningful and beautiful.
Knowingly giving pain to others or hurting another man's feelings is the greatest vice. But we cannot please everybody. At times we cause hurt to other people, that cannot be avoided! ! May God forgive us for it! In such cases, our intention is more important! Every day you come up with some beautiful thoughts Chandra!
....... and ever be kind. Great write Chandra, love the closing lines.
Some people can't resist themselves when they hurt others thru their comments. and activities. I love to avoid them, lest I start following their path. Lovely write!
I agree with your points of jealousy, anger, overindulgence and other negative character listed in the poem, but culturally we are totally different. For example when a Chinese is caught for any petty to severe crime regarding economics, they have the perception that the accused is not smart enough! simply they say that the person is not smart enough to do it perfectly, but in our part of the world we curse him, his family and his whole generation of descendants. I don't justify the wrong doings, but i write how people take the same action as sins or otherwise! very good poem and enjoyed reading this! thank you for sharing!
