i've never been one for romantic poetry that seems so popular...i've read many, and yours, as some, has the ring of the typical 18th century love poem, yet the way you depict it makes it more alive...a definite 10... ~Leslie~

It is an awesome poem, a pure joy to read it. It reminds me of several romantic poets, the debonair of Shelley, the sensuousness of Keats, the opening lines bring to my mind The Last Ride Together of Robert Browning but with in a different mood. Hey, I was also afloat in your boat, you didn’t see, being unaware of it in the ecstasy of love. There is a couplet in Hindi literature, I rendered it in English while commenting on Sneha's poem, I would like to reproduce the same with a little change: The lagoon on earth And the moon in sky, Love evokes the moon-lit night, On full moon the lagoon heaves sigh.
