Great Expectation Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Great Expectation

I can't keep on asking
For Your help again and again
I can't keep on swimming
Against the flow anymore.

You're the one who created all living beings
You're the one who provided all comforts
You're the one who threw several obstacles
You're the one who'll give needed protection.

Troubles arrived in great multitude
I eagerly wait for them to pass away
I keep observing for status to change
I now stay patiently to reach You.

You'll eventually untie all painful knots
I hold on steadily for that moment
I'll face all consequences with dedication
I'll spend my life with great expectation.
