My you hear brother, now 48, still has my grandmother's old piggy bank...although it is a ceramic squirrel. Whenever I am at his home I get flashbacks to days when we would shake pennies from it, secret thrives, so we could buy penny candy. I loved that the world for you was a large as that cookie jar. Now in my home my nieces and nephews go straight to Aunt Sue' s Goody Drawer.....time has changed little, these traditions! What a fine reminder! PEACE
