Grand Father Poem by me poet yeps poet

Grand Father

A Grand father
now merged with
air …water …earth and …fire
fifty years away

Black Berry

From a Grand father

a young lad now a grand dad

Hello my father

are you still floating in thin air

showering flying kisses at me

as you did once care

when I held your hands

when I was young

merged with air …water …earth and …fire
this universe is remote

Today I am also
a Grand dad like you

my children send flowers for me
and I recall the bouquets

I then gave you

SECOND VERSION

My father in the remote universe

now merged with
air …water …earth and …fire

I wish the whole wide world knew

fifty years away
our humans great grandfather
dad how much I still miss you

Father dear did you not see
yesterday I was about to join the

but the sister dear
held my hand

Sir wait
I'll get flowers for you
hope you will deliver them

to my father in heaven too

Black Berry

all with Black berries eh

Tears swelled in my eyes

the Thames

the Mississippi
made me cry

Father wait please they say
I still have chores to do

My kids want me to send
a latest cell to you

BLACK BERRY I think

They love me as much as I did you
and now my children
all know it too
Fathers are a great boon

but may go off any time
like a punctured balloon
