I couldnt seem to follow the tune, Nearer My God To Thee, in your poem....but the emotional content is powerful and sends this poem to the sky. What my instinct tells me is, that you when you wrote this poem, you were too close to its impact, and thus you haven't been able to grasp its momentum in your life. It wil come, it will come. Thanks for your passion, keep on writing. Phillip

You will never find a stronger connection of love then what there is between a mother and daughter, A great book, Feathers Brush My Heart tells many stories of a mother reaching back through the after life to just let you know that she will always be with you. May your life mend quickly over your lost 10++

I'm very sorry for your loss, , but there is always one thing to remember that is, that she will always be with you. For you are her, and she is you. Tango.

No moms are ever dead.....they only transgress and transcend with motherhood.Only occasions we hoodwink its greatness but it does not claim humbly to be gorgeously great.A 10 from me.

Sandra, i could not help myself to become so emotional reading this. i lost my mother too, and i had the hard time to see her again when her coffin was laid down the earth.I was in pain seeing her that way, the earth and the insects were her companions.plus the cold night..I can feel what you felt, and i am so sorry for your loss. But life must go on..they have to go first to welcome us. Hugs, meggie
