All Is Gone.
It was difficult letting go,
At times I was broken.
Didn't know how to get to the end of the road,
Dejected...Abandoned...Forsaken.
I slumped deep in me with no sense of direction,
My woes sputtered over my life's screen.
Did all I could yet no satisfaction,
Wished I could vent on life my spleen.
Darkness gulped me down its throat,
Stood as an obstacle on my paths,
Working hard to hinder my growth,
My life's tyre lay flat.
A sparkle of light rayed my hopes,
Elevated my dreams to lands afar.
My doubts and fears all now hang on a rope,
All gone, leaving the door ajar
