I am not too sure whether I rightly understood what the poet had wanted to convey, but having read it, I felt amazed and gave it a 10. 'Free of the whip..... free of the rein.... Free of the sword..... When you were her lord' This speaks of the freedom the poet is enjoying, and I would like her to enjoy this freedom for ever.
And let this mare be ever free Breathing the care free air Across the greens let her gallop Enjoying life thread bare...... (Excellent poem and welcome to my page)
