A very lovely and fascinating poem from the pen of a versatile and one of a kind Poet. While I was reading this write, this beautiful dancer in the story came alive. The beautiful imagery and words combined together with great flow and rhythm made this poem spellbinding. So wonderfully crafted and very well executed. Top Marks, Shaun. Loved reading it. To my Poem List.

Excellent poem about otherness/ mysteriousness personified in the form of a beautiful Romany gypsy..I think that you can capture her ostensible fluid movement exceeding well Shaun with your neat rhythms and rhymes. It's a tantalising ten from me!

I might add extra stanza's to this over time and tweak it a wee bit more in places. It's kind of a prequel to The Dance.
