Who is the best and better who! White anarchy never been our subject to discuss loudly but black anarchy much loud. (***White and black here i used to indicate State-sponsored-anarchy and Publicly-arranged-anarchy of different motif and attitude. Never I use these term for color conflict of skin and culture.)
