God You've Corralled Poem by Gary James Smith

God You've Corralled

God You've Corralled

God You've corralled in record time
People of every nation
And put a fear of death upon men
So they might consider Salvation
Stripped us all of worldly gods
For they are futile helpers
To make us consider You our God
Our Shepherd and our Shelter

For some until they're pressed to think
Neglect to give you glory
Busy with so many other things
But that's another story
Now a consideration looms
With a virus daunting
Stocking up on various goods
But leaving their soul's need wanting

I pray dear Lord solidify
The truth that Jesus saves
And prayers continue for our friends
As still we rejoice and praise
For a revival can soon erupt
We pray this our God Almighty
Bringing lost sinner's to repentance
With a desire to live uprightly

For the virus of sin there's a cure
Praise God for Christ the Saviour
The One who became sins Sacrifice
Hallelujah is our blest Creator
He can heal every disease
As well as raise the dead
Use your corralling as an opportunity
To know the Living Head!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
