God You Are

God You are everywhere
The only One who can be
You've existed from the very beginning
And will continue throughout eternity
Mindboggling to us to say the least
But You are Who You are
All compassionate loving Father
The Creator of every star

God You are everything
For without You nothing could exist
When Your love finds a willing heart
Your entrance brings such bliss
When we recognize we're sinners
And You're provision of Salvation
Fool's we are to not believe
Upon receipt of this revelation

God You are swift to hear
The voice of repentant one's
Who tried earth's pathways on their own
And felt its failings
But who recognized You for Who You are
The Forgiver of our sin
And choose to turn to You in faith
And embrace Your Shepherding

God Your love is twenty four seven
Grace available everyday
To every seeking needy soul
To all who've gone astray
Seek ye the Lord while He may be found
In Him you'll find sure treasure
In Him who'se love goes above and beyond
With a depth that we cannot measure

God Your presence thrills my heart
Since I've felt sins amputation
Your Holy Spirit now enabling me
To enjoy this so great Salvation
When I gaze upon the Heavens
I'm reminded by the stars
You know everyone of them by name
For God that's Who You are!
