God Sent Her A Son Poem by Randy McClave

God Sent Her A Son

Rating: 5.0

She asked God to send her a man
"Who will always love me",
Love and true devotion was her plan
As to God that was her only plea.
She wanted a man that she could trust
And a man that would not walk away,
A man in which her dreams she could thrust
A man, simply shaped out of clay.
She wanted a man to help her stand
And a man to steal her heart,
A man who asked and would never demand
And a man, both handsome and smart.
She asked God who will always love her
Then questioned, "will there ever be anyone",
God then made her a mother
God then sent her a son.
