God's Own Voice Poem by Charles Karia

God's Own Voice

God's voice is a knowing, a conviction of his will,
It will come in his word, or when we are still.
In his presence you'll distill, his hearts desire.
And then your doings, will produce his fire

There are many voices; that of a human mind
And the worst voice of all, that of thedark lord
Only is his voice holy, different from that of man.
Seek him for the difference, or you'll forever mourn.

Browse the scriptures, his will is not hidden
you have his instinct, his conviction you will own,
You will not go wrong, his word is a compass.,
At times its baked, in form of anointed sermons.

But beware of the flatter, some sermons will have,
Comedians are many, while manipulators thrive.
They will swear it's God, yet all they want is a coin.
Seek God and know, or you'll hear what's vain.

But why really really, do you want to know?
The voice of the most high, so that pious you grow?
Let your will be eternal, not things only temporal,
Then his voice you will know, for his will is eternal.
