God's Love Is On The Lookout

God's love is on the lookout
With a forgiveness basket full
Looking for the brokenhearted
Whose lives have been through the mill
Who see themselves as wasted
Without hope...lost...undone
These are the very ones He's
seeking
To bring them good news of His Son

Then there's the prideful too
O I have no need of God
Iam doing very well on my own thank you
With a smugness thinking they're good
There's a heapful need of humbleness
That God has to deal with here
For there's none good no not one
To God's Word they too must adhere

All we like sheep have gone astray
And all of our iniquities
Have been laid on the Lord Jesus Christ
Who died on Calvary
What category are you in
Give your mind this thought
Don't let this admonition such
Seem to you as frought

What scale of God have you numbered
With usage of one to ten
How is your mindset in regards to Him
I'm just asking as a friend
Today may be your turning point
Forgive me for my abruption
Seek ye the Lord while He may be found
Do it now without interruption!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
