God Placed You Poem by Randy McClave

God Placed You

If you meet a person in need
Please take these words to heed,
Be happy and caring when you two meet
As God had planned for you two to greet.
You were led there to help and/ or to give a hand
Or maybe because of them just to understand,
The Lord had a reason for you to meet on the road
Unto you a gift, God has definitely bestowed.
Maybe God wants them to be fed
Or maybe the scriptures unto them read,
Or maybe God just wants you to use your mind
And unto them, just be helpful and kind.
I have met that person once before
As they were lost and need of help in a store,
And I was led there to advise and also to help
With my hand I was to give, and not to skelp.
If you ever meet a person in want
In your belief and strength and purpose do not daunt,
And though that person might be an unknown mister
Just think, if that was your son or daughter or brother or sister.
Angels they say still walk amongst us
Unto each other our acts and moves they discuss
Unto a stranger please give hope, belief, help and care
As there was reason, that God placed you both there.
